After having achieved multiple successes with Aaron's, Sarento's & Nick's Fishmarket, Aaron Placourakis (one of Hawaii's top restauranteurs) was not content to sit back and bask in the glory of past achievements. So, he and his partners began planning a new venture. After a few conversations with Aaron, some creative magic and two months time...we birthed a new logo for Maui's latest and greatest culinary landmarks, Son'z Maui.
